Hypnosis is an altered state of consciousness, producing profound physical and mental relaxation. In hypnosis, our body is deeply relaxed, but our mind is sharpened and more focused, allowing for beneficial suggestions that influence our subconscious mind for therapeutic purposes.

We use clinical hypnosis to treat medical and psychological problems.  Health concerns that have failed to improve with conventional medicine may respond well to the use of hypnosis, such as IBS, stress, weight loss, binge eating, quitting smoking and all forms of anxiety.
